This project was a brand design project. The parent company, British Energy – a 25% stakeholder of the U.K. Energy market – was opening business in the U.S. and Canada. It was in Canada, that we were hired to design a new design that held true the parent brand but still conveyed the nuances of the new business location. The brand had to appeal to the local and international market. We out-designed Hill & Knowlton, an international brand design agency, on this brand design.
